Build simple first.

Complexity is the enemy of shipping. Start with the simplest version that solves the real problem.

Ship early.

Real feedback beats speculation. Get it in front of users before it feels ready.

Measure everything.

If you can't measure it, you can't improve it. Instrument from day one.

Optimize later.

Make it work, make it right, make it fast — in that order.

Choose tools for the problem.
